After a few days the leaves started looking even more cilantro-like, and I think in about another week, I will be ready to harvest my first batch. I haven't had as much luck with other herbs from seed (I have some really quite sad basil that is barely 1/2 inch after almost 8 weeks). My last purchase of already-growing cilantro died before I had a chance to use it. This cilantro, however, looks fresh and delicious.
