rBST

Doesn't this pretty much suggest that the cows in question were treated with some other growth hormones? Graphically it is a mess to have a message as long as "From Cows Not Treated With The Growth Hormone rBST*" as opposed to the much simpler "Growth Hormone-Free!" It does make me assume that some other less-scrutinized growth hormone was used.

Following the asterisk was also not terribly illuminating:

" Federal tests have have proven that no significant difference has been shown between milk derived from rBST treated and non-rBST treated cows."

Great. So you are telling me the thing you didn't use is fine. But who knows about what you did use? Label writing really is some kind of dark art.
