Food at SIGGRAPH 2008, part one

One of the attractions on the in the Lobby at SIGGRAPH 2008 is the Latte Art Machine. Attendees can have their cappuccino or other frothy coffee beverage printed with an image. In some cases these are fairly complex images.

The technology at work here is basically ink-jet printing with edible ink. Nothing too novel, but pretty fun. It seems to me you could probably do it with a Guiness as well.
